Transition Sports accepts all types of “in-season” sporting goods and associated gear.  Bring in your old, lightly used outdoor equipment and we will sell it for you in the shop.  Consignors receive 60% cash or 70% store credit for all sold items…in certain cases, we may even buy the gear directly from you.   Please call us at 970-845-7388 with any questions you may have concerning our consignment policies.

All Consignor receives their own online account where they can follow the progress of their items.

River Tubing

Transition Sports is now an official Whitewater Tube outpost. That means we rent and sell tubes for river tubing on the rivers near Vail, Avon, and Glenwood Springs. You can reserve online by clicking the links below, or just stop by the shop to rent a tube. Rivers around the Vail area include the Eagle River, the Colorado River, Gore Creek, and the Roaring Fork River near Glenwood Springs. We also will have a few Stand Up Paddle boards for rent to take out to the lakes and calm rivers of Colorado.
